I am a heart-centered sound healer and music educator with a rich background teaching and building fine arts education programs across public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors.

I was born "activated” and dove into studying spirituality and healing modalities when I was just 16 years old! Now, I am honored to guide individuals and communities through immersive and transformative sound experiences. Drawing from advanced training in classical voice, music education, and sound therapy, I blend artistry, science, and intuition to craft my sound sessions for nervous system regulation, cellular harmony, and energetic balance.

I am passionate about empowering clients to make small, practical frequency shifts that change lives. I want the world to experience the incredible healing power of frequency and cultivate its own relationship with sound!

I live on the outskirts of metro-Atlanta, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with my handsome better half, mini-me daughter, bonus son, and silly Husky-mix, Waldo. I can’t wait to work with you soon!
